We used Kyla to sell our property in Mart and buy a property in Goldthwaite, Tx. We were purchasing on a 1031 exchange which we were uneducated about for the most part. She guided us through the process and set us up with a 1031 attorney. The entire transaction was seamless and Kyla negotiated on our behalf to get us the best outcome possible.
